WHAT YOU’LL DO
Data Practice / Client Leadership:
Serve as an expert consultant leading Data initiatives and producing relevant deliverables
Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover Data & Analytics opportunities and pain points
Lead and challenge team members and customers to create great strategies and solutions
Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
Act as a data advocate and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks
Mentor and coach clients and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed data strategy
Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation
Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Serve as the Data engagement lead, working directly with client product, marketing, and/or IT teams to position the engagement and EPAM for success
Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
Data Solution Delivery:
Responsible for shaping Data solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
Understand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release. Working closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Lead Data and Analytics practice development, driving and orchestrating transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement/optimization programs
Drive Data MVPs / POCs / assessment projects hands-on
Assemble a team of EPAM analysts & engineers
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and budget while ensuring quality
Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects and across stakeholders of all levels
Lead meetings, design activities, review sessions and retrospectives
Manage expectations on a daily basis to keep everyone aligned
Relationship Management:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales and Delivery Leaders
Drive Growth:
Drive Data revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence / sell-in EPAM services
Work with Sales and Account Management team proactively to develop Data aligned account development plans
Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving Data revenue targets
Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Data opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals

WHAT YOU HAVE
More than 8-10 years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
Primary career focus on some or all areas of Data & Analytics
Cloud data platforms, BI, data warehousing, data lakes
Data science & predictive analytics
Semantic search & text analytics (NLP), computer vision
A keen interest in and passion for the Data & Analytics space
Awareness of Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Data Science technologies and trends
Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in Data & Analytics arises
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
