Director Service Contracts

As a Director Service Contracts, you will join the Services department within Volvo Penta – Global Parts & Services organization. As our portfolio of service offerings is growing, a need is rising to set up an organizational unit responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and processes to correctly configure, order, sell, invoice, account and follow up on services sales.
For this, you will interact closely with our colleagues at Marine/Industrial Business Unit and our internal development partners. You work in coordination with the Service Owners community within Global Parts & Services and support them in commercializing and bundling their offers correctly.
Other services like Extended Coverage, Maintenance Offer, Oil Analysis, Service Calculator and Online Service Protocol are managed through your organization.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap for Service Contracts
Requirement setting towards service business financial projects like Service Billing
Portfolio management of contract business
Benchmark and exploration of Volvo Group opportunities in contract administration
Process development for Service Contract Management
Translating business needs from Industrial & Marine Segment into commercial roadmaps
Service Lifecycle management: from ideation and planning through delivery-operation to service retirement
Unlocking and capturing new business opportunities in dialogue with internal stakeholders
Ensuring delivery of training material, marketing plan and support structure towards the roll-out organization
You develop business reporting and KPI structure which will drive services sales
