Director Service Market Importer Business

As Director Service Market in Importer Business, you will be leading the Service Market team with the mission to secure profitable Parts & Accessory sales growth and industry leading customer satisfaction through a well-performing service network and rapid, high quality technical support to Volvo Penta importers and customers. You will have responsibility for both the commercial and technical aspects of the aftersales & service operations in the entire Importer Business Area including Middle East, South Asia, Africa, CIS countries and countries within Europe were Volvo Penta has an Importer setup.
You will be responsible for
Driving and developing the sales, marketing, competence, performance, and loyalty of our Importers and their dealer network.
Developing the service footprint as well as other service sales & distribution channels.
Securing fast & high-quality technical support to service dealers and customers
Managing quality follow-up, warranty & claims including goodwill.
Driving transformation of the service network towards digitalization, connected services, and electrified solutions in line with our strategy.
Contribute to the Industrial Market Service management team and the Importer Business Management team.

Travel Required: Business travelling is an important aspect of the job and you should be available for business trips.
