YOUR OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONIBILITY
This position provides an excellent opportunity to secure that our software development teams delivers a superior end-user experience.

As Director Software Engineering you will have line responsibility for a group of Software Engineers, you will set targets, coach and support the group. You are a member of the leadership team of the product area and you make an active contribution both strategically and operationally. You are also responsible for recruitment activities and salary reviews.

As Director Software Engineering at IFS you will be expected to:

• Have a expertise knowledge about software development
• Provide knowledge and insights in DevOps mindset and Agile processes

• Expertise knowledge in how to create superior end user experience

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To be a successful Director Software Engineering at IFS your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).

We are looking for an experienced leader with deep knowledge on programming, architecture and functional design.
