We are looking for a Sustainable Sales Engagement Director to support Axis Communications to develop and implement a sustainable sales engagement strategy in Axis' Communication global sales model.

What you'll do as a Sustainable sales engagement Director?
You will focus on developing and maintaining Axis' global strategy for Sustainable Sales Engagements in Axis' global sales channel.
In this role you also will be responsible for accelerate the transformation in the sales process to engage in and prove profitability in business opportunities arising from sustainable and ethical objectives.
The Sustainable sales engagement Director should be and act as a subject matter expert towards internal and external stakeholders. This involves extensive collaboration with all relevant functions within Axis and external organizations. You set the framework and directions, and place great trust in your team to deliver with your support!

In addition to above you will also be:
* Responsible for outlining and executing the global strategy for Axis' work towards compliance with the UN Guiding Principles in Axis' global sales channel (downstream) activities.
* Responsible for a budget matching the requirements of the strategy.
* Actively participate in relevant associations and lobbying forums.
* Support sales regions in all phases of projects related to sustainable sales engagements.
* Analyzing partnerships with companies/organizations active in sustainable sales engagements.
Who are you?
* You are highly structured with excellent analytical skills.
* You have excellent communication skills in English.
* Prior experience building strong business relationships both internally and externally
* Flexible team player: ability to effectively work independently as well as within a team
* Attention to detail
* You have a strong interest in and the area of sustainability
We believe you have:
* Extensive background from international business environments.
* Several years of experience in either a B2B sales or product management role
* Understanding the dynamics of using a two-tier distribution model and a network of business associates, aka partner network.
* A strategic mindset yet capable of working hands on to move things forward.
