HR degree from university and minimum 5 years of relevant experience from working in global organizations and in matrix organizations. Broad experienced in HR operations, and an interest towards talent acquisition, performance management, assessments, recruitment and organizational culture.
Target oriented and a high work pace combined with a people orientation.
A holistic view. A high capacity person with the will to grow into bigger positions in a 3-5 years time.

Drive development for whole DeLaval to secure future competence and leadership pipeline.
Key deliverables
Lead our corporate programs to deliver accurate leadership, assessments and recruitment processes and develop and maintain KPI’s to enable follow up and success tracking.
Take a lead of people analytics and statistics in talent, recruitment and organizational culture area development area.
Makes recommendations and supports HR business partners and Cluster HR roles.
A member of the HR Leadership Team in delivering a human resources strategy to address the organization’s changing talent requirements, in light of demographic, labor market and economic trends.
