Job Summary
Packaging Solutions Supply Chain is continuously optimising our packaging base, strengthening the capability and global footprint and develops and deploys solutions to lift quality, reliability, flexibility and productivity to new levels.
We are looking for a skilled professional being able to take on the end-to-end business ownership of the converting equipment and processes for Tetra Recart and Tetra Rex.
As Director Tetra Recart and Tetra Rex your overall objective is to create, manage and implement converting line strategies for the converting factories in order for them to produce and deliver competitive packaging materials.
This position will be reporting to the VP Packaging Solutions Integrated Supply Chain and will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Director Tetra Recart & Tetra Rex you will:
Contribute to the profitable growth of Tetra Recart and Tetra Rex business with supply chain as a competitive edge
Develop converting strategy for Tetra Recart and Tetra Rex to meet packaging solutions business objectives
Establish long term investment plans and related business cases for Tetra Rex & Tetra Recart converting
Identify and prioritize needs for implementing and maintaining the industrial base for Tetra Recart & Tetra Rex
Participate in Strategic Planning Forum and Implementation Project steering groups
Participate in investment assessment
Lead prioritization of continuous improvement in converting and supply chain
Participate in supplier strategy and performance in collaboration with SuM for Base Material and all equipment out of scope of IBE
Participate development of Industrial policy for Safety within Tetra Recart & Tetra Rex
Coordinate within PS matters related to prioritization of Tetra Recart and Tetra Rex converting solutions and participate to relevant governance within D&T PM & D&T IBE

You are able to set clear priorities, you are active in your outreach to your stakeholders and are able to drive alignment and agreement to action. You put a strong focus on the development of your team, ensuring that all team members are performing and developing well.
You have a University degree in Engineering or Business Administration and at least 10 – 15 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or a business role.
You must be fluent both in written and spoken English.
