Main tasks and objectives Floating Wind mill Electrical System.With special responsibility to follow up Contractors on electrical engineering, electrical installations, testing, qualification and interfaces.This includes: .Wind Turbine Generator and Wind Mill systems .Sub sea Cable .Onshore grid connection .System integration .Participate as an active member of the Hywind Project Team..Initiate and follow-up external and internal technical studies as required..Control and implement quality, regulatory and Company requirements in all phases of selected contractors work. This will include identify critical activities and follow up of, engineering, fabrication, testing and commissioning.Office: Oslo, Norway.Possible travel to site locations at the west cost of Norway as well as the UK. Desireds qualifications University degree/Master of science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience with: .Follow up contracts as Company representative .Electrical powersystem studies .Electrical system engineering of high voltage and low voltage systems .Converter technology .Sub sea cables .High voltage systems Longer relevant experience may compensate for less formal education.The experience should preferably be from employment with a company acting as an operator or from a major fabrication/installation contractor.
