Dispatcher - Swedish / Danish speaker

You will become a Transport Coordinator / Dispatcher who will help us shape our team and have influence on our success.
In the first few weeks there will be a comprehensive training in order for you to be fully operational!
You can speak Swedish, Danish and English
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You interact with all parties of the FlixBus fleet, especially with our drivers as well as bus and train partners
You take on the coordination responsibility of vehicle deployment in case of any changes
You take measures to avoid any malfunctions, to minimize their effects and quickly implement alternative solutions
You track the current traffic situation of the bus and train service and inform passengers about delays and malfunctions
You optimize operational processes to guarantee the quality of our service



Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You can speak Swedish, Danish and English
You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7)
You have some knowledge in MS Office skills
You are communicative and a good team player
