As part of the Voice Trading unit, the Carrier Resolutions & Nettings team supports the profitable growth of Telia Carrier’s voice trading business through robust revenue and margin assurance activities in the post-sales phase.
The overall purpose of the Carrier Resolutions & Nettings team is to undertake the handling of voice related billing disputes, volume deal reconciliations and settlement as well as netting agreements with key partners. In accordance with voice governance principles, it ensures a timely response and resolution of all related enquiries and issues to optimize Telia Carrier’s cash flow and margin. In the Dispute Specialist role, you report to the Head of Carrier Resolutions & Nettings.
Your responsibilities will primarily include:
Analyze vendor invoices and open outgoing disputes
Handle incoming disputes as well as fraud disputes
Liaise with Billing, Finance, Credit Management, Business Analysis and the Voice Trading commercial team
Education and experience:
Exposure to a multicultural and global environment
Post-gymnasium education level
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Personal Skills:
Proactive and results oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem solver with strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Service-minded with a Customer Experience focus
Location: Stockholm
This is a time limited role until 31.03.2023 – replacement for a parental leave.
