We’re seeking an analytically skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Distribution and Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring a streamlined inventory management process, and coordinating transport logistics. Additionally, you will manage projects related to inventory and distribution, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for analytics. Experience in project management and transport coordination is highly desirable, as you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-organized inventory system while overseeing the logistics of product distribution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of inventory items
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key metrics
- Be a vital part of the SOX-reporting, CSRD.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and contribute to process improvements
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in inventory coordination and experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP Dynamics, Microsoft Office and inventory software, strong Data Analytic Skills e.g. Excel, Access, Tableau, SQL, Power BI
- Strong work ethic, willing to support all Supply Chain areas if needed. Take pride in the quality of your work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated experience working with customers (internal or external)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level
