Who are you?

Keeping high comfort in buildings requires a strong focus on efficiency to meet the sustainability targets of the sector. HVAC is one of our main industries and we are now looking for a Distribution development lead to drive further growth and strengthen our position as a market leader of sustainable and efficient heat transfer.

You will be part of the Equipment sales team in Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers.


Key responsibilities:

The role of the Distribution Experience Team is to support the global distribution sales. You will be working close with our sales companies and distributors around the world to identify opportunities, coach and support our local distribution managers.
We provide sales tools, marketing, and training platforms for our distribution partners. A vital part is to support and develop the digitalization and eCommerce in our distributor network.
The pricing strategy to our sales channel will also play an important part in this role.

In this role, you are a vital link in between central business unit and the distributor managers in our sales company
Information flow to distribution partners
•Develop and drive a steady information flow to our local distribution managers and our distribution partners.
•Initiate and coordinate the development of web content and tools to our distribution partners
Implementation
•Launch and follow up new campaigns, concepts, activities and tool to our distributor network
•Analyse the result of campaigns, tools usage etc.
Pricing
•Work with our central pricing team & local sales companies to develop and implement best in class pricing strategies.
