We are looking for a Distribution Planner, within the Supply Chain team with a passion for fulfillment optimization and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for a selection of wholesales partners, their order fulfillment, managing accounts, and providing world-class support. If you’re naturally a decisive person and enjoy finding agile solutions for responsible clients, we’d like to hear from you!

As a Distribution Planner, you should possess the ability to set the right expectations towards the wholesale partners, in order to achieve an alignment and maximum fulfillment of their expectations. You should be passionate about helping the IDEAL customers and have a service-minded personality. You need to be agile and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment which sometimes requires you to be very solution orientated and take quick decisions.

Areas of responsibilities

Distribution Planning for a selection of B2B partners

• Order handling including e.g order creation, allocations, delivery planning, delivery monitoring, open order reports.

Ownership of operational relationship for a selection B2B partners

• Daily contact with your B2B partners, in order to meet their product availability and delivery expectations
• Performance review for your B2B partners, (e.g. correct Incoterms, weekly review of payment in time)
• Close work with the team, 3PL, and shipping partners to optimize the workflow through the whole chain of processes.
• Support with the onboarding process of new wholesales partners

Cross-functional development

• When relevant, involve internal and external partners to solve delivery issues, documentation requirements, or challenges related to product availability

Distribution Planning process improvement

• Identify and take action on improvements in current Distribution Planning processes, systems, and procedures, which improve the level of supporting wholesale partners.

Essential Characteristics

• Education within the Logistics/Supply Chain area are meritorious
• Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Management/Support area, ideally within FMCG or E-Commerce area
• Experience in ERP system is beneficial
• Good Excel knowledge is mandatory
• Quick problem-solving skills
• Be agile and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, other languages an advantage

• This is a full-time position
• The position is based in Norrköping
