Distribution Planner Custom Hardware

Role Summary/Purpose:

In the Distribution Planner role you will be responsible for replenishment of our global warehouses. The role includes three key elements ? work to ensure an optimal setup of planning parameters and effective communication of supply for our Customized Hardware. You will be expected to ensure an uninterrupted supply of finished goods and work to resolve issues while achieving and maintaining inventory, availability and delivery business metrics.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition this role will include project management and communication to key stakeholders. Lead further standardization linked to the Customized Hardware to maximize the benefits from Oracle and other standard tools ? by identify and drive actions linked to systems, process or roles and responsibilities.

Provide visibility and communicate supply priorities and constraints to all stakeholders/regions.
Ensure dates are correct in the system and effective mitigation plans are in place.
Manage planning parameters and owning execution of supply into our distribution organizations to deliver fulfillment and inventory metrics.
Actively work to identify and drive activities for further proactive work and ways to improve process for the team and customers.
Support Modality/Sales during Sales process by utilizing network to gather input around Distribution Network (physical and transactional flow) to ensure an efficient and compliant solution is found.
Project Management and coordinate actions amongst key stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and fulfillment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor´s degree and 2 years of supply chain experience or HS diploma and 6 years supply chain experience
Proven ability to drive change initiatives in a matrix environment
Project management and organizational skills
EU work permit
