The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an outstanding customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. DELIVER supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products, and DELIVER EMEA leads a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) and Customer Service centers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J’s broad range of customers.

Manager HMD Distribution & Transportation Nordics
In this role you will have focused, strategic and operational oversight of Medical Devices Distribution & Transportation (D&T) operations for the Nordics to ensure reliable supply at competitive costs in alignment with segment priorities.
Objectives of the Position
- Leads the Distribution Center in Solna (Sweden)
- Close collaboration and shared responsibility for target setting and service levels for transportation with the Logistics Specialist Nordics
- Provides guidance and direction to D&T organization in the market in partnership with wider Deliver, Supply chain and key partners
- Manages the site via metrics and drives continuous improvement agenda to support improvement in EHS&S, Quality, Service, Cost & People
- Proactively surfaces and resolves key issues, and demonstrates continuous improvement including footprint, resource management and demonstrated value
- Establishes effective processes and partnerships to support and drive E2E processes and improvement programs (e.g. inventory optimization programs, JJOS, etc.)
- Builds a highly effective team based on the vital behaviors with customer focus
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Business/Sale, SC & Logistics
-A minimum of 6 years experience of working with supply chain, sales and/or Customer facing role
-Strong experience as a leader and in working in a collaborative setting
-Language skills: English mandatory, Swedish preferred
