Snap-on Equipment is looking for a new key member of its sales team, who will bring passion and expertise in developing distributor partners, optimizing sales strategies and maximizing customer satisfaction. About the Position
In the position of Distributor Sales & OEM Manager Collision you will be responsible for executing, driving and developing distributor and OEM sales within Snap-on Equipment, Region Europe North. You will interact daily with strategical distribution partners and oversee the relationship in order to grow our sales, secure premium representation of our brands and achieve high customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will work closely with Automotive Key Accounts (OEM) to secure a smooth and profitable commercialization of the product portfolio; this includes driving homologation(s), events and other sales related activities. Thirdly you will interact with end-customers and prospects in order to promote our equipment and support our partners in sales development. The role is based in Gothenburg but includes extensive traveling within Europe North.
Your main tasks will include:
Develop, drive and manage strategical distribution partners within the assigned region. This includes continuously improving the competence level of our strategical partners in our products and solutions.
Plan, coordinate and evaluate sales activities, promotional campaigns and introduction of new products in cooperation with distribution partners.
Take the lead and ownership in OEM contacts and market development activities. Monitor the assigned market(s) and their development both political and macro economical to anticipate impact on our business.
Perform regular forecasting and planning activities in order to achieve accurate reporting and satisfying lead times towards distribution partners and customers.
Execute demonstrational activities, ‘value of product’ presentations, ROI calculations and business case calculations as part of an effective sales pitch with Key Accounts, end-customers or prospects.

The Distributor Sales & OEM Manager Collision is part of the Management Team of Europe North, one of the seven regions in Snap-on Equipment EMEA & Export Sales organization. Snap-on Equipment’s collision brands consist of Car-O-Liner and Blackhawk.
About You
To be successful in this role, we believe you should have the following skills and experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in (automotive) engineering or business economics.
Previous substantial experience with customer contact in (technical) sales situations.
Extensive knowledge of automotive (collision) workshop products and industry requirements.
Previous experience with the sales of capital equipment and terminology as ROI and TCO is an advantage, as well as experience in value based selling.
Comfortable with PCs in general and Microsoft Office in particular.
Good presentation and demonstration skills as well as negotiation skills.
Good leadership skills.
Fluent in English and one other regional language, both spoken and written.
