District Manager - Gothenburg

Kavall is in the process of a great expansion. We aim to open up our Kavall Stores throughout Stockholm and Sweden. Due to this exciting expansion we are currently looking for a talented and productive District Manager for the western area in Sweden, wi to join our team. Your district will be the western area of Sweden, with Gothenburg as your main area. You will be managing your district's group of store managers and supervisors. You will also be in charge of maintaining product ordering, budgeting, personnel management and other key responsibilities in order to maintain your district's stores.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the stores within your district by making sure the daily drift is functioning at an optimal level.
Create a healthy, cheerful and productive environment in stores within your districts, and work closely with Store Managers to ensure up-keeping of a good atmosphere.
Maintain productive and effective procedures throughout the operations in your district.
Work in ways to optimise the maintenance in your district.
Support Store Managers with tools needed, in order for them to perform their tasks.

Requirements:
You have previous experience with working in grocery stores, including areas within both logistics and operations.
You have previous experience with leading different teams, preferably with a pedagogical leadership style.
Relevant educational background.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English (nordic languages are also a big plus!).
Flexible and comfortable with travelling to the different stores in your districts to keep up with managing your teams (we like a hands on mentality!)
Great problem solving skills - we are a startup company and are constantly developing and optimising our processes!
We consider it a great advantage if you have previous experience of a managing role in a startup company.
