A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritize, book, plan, set goals, drive and follow up meetings and activities with excisting and potential customers, both physically and digitally
Understand and communicate Electrolux Professionals value propositions.
Meet planned goals in all targeted categories.
Maintain the highest level of customer focus and ensure highest customer satisfaction at all times. Proactively coordinating with other company functions to attend best value for customer.
Influence and improve account profitability through various selling techniques.
Demonstrate products and provide product application learning opportunities.
Responsible for new business prospecting and development through staged events and demonstrations, formal/informal training sessions, etc.
Execute merchandising/advertising activities to support new product launches and re-branding efforts.
Facilitate the success of sales, marketing, and negotiation.
Be aware of and report on competitive conditions in the market.
Represent Electrolux Professional at trade and industry shows/appearances.
Share best practice with colleagues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Preferred candidates should be mature and balanced with a verifiable record of high sales performance and exceptional reliability.
We also wish to see a candidate with experience of working in CRM-environment. We use Salesforce.
We believe a successful candidate has a background and/or education within strategic sales and marketing, business development and planning and/or project management.
To be successful in this role we believe you need to be analytical, organized and a disciplined self-starter with a goal-oriented drive.
