The Body Shop Sweden is looking for a fulltime District Sales Manager to join our amazing Retail Team. As the leader of a team of Store Managers, you are responsible for unleashing the incredible potential of your people to create outstanding and purposeful business performance, you have the purpose to impact.
You ensure increased profitable sales within a district by providing outstanding customer service and personnel development, with superior shop presentation and operational standards.
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Optimizing the commercial performance of your region; continuously seeking to grow our customer base by ensuring we recruit and retain customers and deliver against our triple bottom line objectives profit, people and planet.
Drive and secure strong store execution in your region to unleash the potential of excellent customer experience, following VM and alla internal store execution guidelines
Identify talent, partnering with the People function to recruit, develop and retain a high performing team.
Connect and collaborate with your colleagues in support functions, local and global, to support the business and optimize performance of your Region.
Coach your team to support them to be the best version of themselves, to play to their strengths and liberate their potential for future growth
Educate and develop your team, partnering with the Learning Academy and Customer teams, to deliver a Purposeful customer experience and help to ignite the spirit of activism in our stores
people together and championing change.
Create a culture of recognition and positive challenge where everyone is encouraged to participate.
Ensure we are a business as a force for good, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change and be part of our family.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role we believe you have at least 4 years of successfully leadership experience in the retail business, preferably from a similar role.
You have proven skills to handle different leadership styles and situations as you will be leading both our Store Managers and our Franchise partners. As a line manager for our Store Managers you have the ability to lead and develop our people as well as the commercial success of our stores. To drive our Franchise community you need to be a passionate entrepreneur with strong coaching skills.
You thrive on building great working relationships with others, are collaborative and recognise strengths in others. You have a warm, understanding and interested approach when dealing with people.
You have a well-established financial understanding including budgeting and following up on P&L. You can easily see the bigger picture to understand how actions relate to commercial success and help to coach others to deliver.
You have an innovative approach to solving problems and are curious about the world around you, constantly finding different ways to do things.
As the role is a field role where you spend most of your time with our Store teams in our shops the position will include a lot of traveling.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: 6 months’ probation period followed by a permanent employment. Full time 40 hours/week
