You`ll be part of a mighty and purpose led team committed to "Better the people, to better the business": Group Function Talent Management within the Global People Function. As a D&I Specialist, you`ll report to the Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead and together ensure our enterprise-wide ambitions that are known internally and externally, with accountable leaders driving representation, fairness and belonging. Your work will ensure that our ambitions are enabled by data, that our processes and policies help build truly inclusive workplace.
Because of your work Leaders at Ericsson will be equipped to do “the right thing” and I have the support needed to create a diverse and inclusive work environment; employees will experience they belong and can bring my true authentic self to work. You will be integrating employee resources groups across the world and ensuring feedback loops across different stakeholders for inclusive decision making.
You will
Design programs and build policies and guidances based on research and best practices
Oversee behavioural/inclusive design
Oversee D&I people analytics (in conjunction with PA counterpart)
Coordinate with MA D&I resources, D&I Councils, Internal Communications, employee engagement, ERGs, Volunteer Programs, etc.
Handle project management of D&I awareness and engagement initiatives (International Women Day, Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Month, scaling ERGs globally etc.)
Manage special projects, e.g. inclusive language across tools, technology, products and services
Build & maintains external academic/D&I network
To be successful in the role you must have
A relevant university degree
A systematic and structured way of working
Abilities to create impact and influence across different audiences
Analytical thinking, be data driven with sound analytical skills
Competence Drive, Business Acumen and Courageous Leadership
Evidence-based D&I and behavioral science knowledge/experience
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
