The Diversity & Talent Attraction Strategist plays a key role in advancing Volvo Car’s talent agenda and results for sourcing and hiring diverse talent. This position will work across our teams and be responsible for partnering with leaders and key stakeholders to create and implement business-aligned diversity recruiting strategies that yield measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in diversity recruiting and a passion for, and experience in, recruiting diverse profiles across gender, ethnic, LGBTQIA+ and other types of diversity. Responsibilities: 
Your main responsibility will be to create and sustain relationships with key educational institutions, professional associations, diversity organizations, individuals, and community organizations to use as recruiting sources. You will continually grow a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates through constant networking, mining, and managing of candidates and referrals; analyze results and adapt strategy accordingly.

* Partners with key leaders to develop and implement short- and long-term recruiting objectives and strategies to attract and hire diverse talent
* Educating Volvo Cars as an organization on the importance of D&I for the business, enabling the talent acquisition team to recruit inclusively
* Leverage and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to build a diverse candidate pipeline for targeted roles
* Drive engagement and partnerships with local organizations through creative methodologies that result in brand awareness regarding opportunities and careers with the firm
* Tracks and monitors analytics throughout the complete recruiting cycle to analyze and leverage data for the identification of trends and the adjustment of strategies/activities to improve results
* Conduct market research to understand where external diverse talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to explore initiatives to tap into those talent pools
* Explore future trends and emerging platforms/tools that support a diversity driven recruitment process driven by data and delivered digitally


Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree a plus
* 3+ years of previous diversity recruiting
* Executive level recruiting is a plus
* Demonstrated experience and proven success in thinking outside of the box to find and attract diverse profiles
* Skilled with social media recruitment strategies
* Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes and marketplace trends
* Highly developed executive search skills and comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates
* Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the highest level of quality standards
* Goal-driven with the ability to pro-actively take initiative
* Comfortable working with minimal direction and comfortable with ambiguity
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
* Ability to quickly build trust-based relationships with candidates, colleagues and internal/external stakeholders
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independent
