Division Business Controller

IKEA Industry, Division Purchase is looking for a
Division Business Controller, based in Malmö

As Erik, our Business Controller, is continuing his IKEA path and moves on to a new exciting role, we need to find his successor. Do you have what it takes to provide quality information about our financial and business performance, make value adding analyses and to lead the forecast and budget process? Does navigating in a complex business environment with 41 manufacturing units and 800 suppliers motivate you? And are you good at asking the right questions and challenging others?

About you
We believe that you have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience working with Business Controlling, Business or Financial Analysis as well as an academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration or similar. You need strong analytical skills, good understanding of quantitative calculation methods and know how to practically perform analysis.

The role is part of an international organization with colleagues in 10 countries, why fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge in a BI tool like QlikView is an advantage.

About the assignment
The Business Navigation Manager reports to the Division Manager and is part of the Division Purchase Management Team.

Your assignment is to:
Lead the forecast and budget process, overall cost allocations, financial results and participate in factory price settings. This is done in close cooperation with the Manufacturing Divisions.
Find the right sets of data, compile it in a flexible and user friendly way and to perform analysis.
Secure that correct financial information is available when needed.
Co-ordinate the performance and financial updates.
Be ambassador for standard business solutions and common tools.
In all aspects of the role, you will be cooperating closely with our Category Managers and also with the Business Navigation functions in other divisions. International travelling is a part of the job.
