Division Controller to H&M BU Assortment

H&M Assortment is divided in five Business Units (Womenswear, Menswear, Kids, Divided and Lifestyle Brands) where we work cross-functional and in diverse teams with all important perspectives of the customer.
Job Description
As the Division Controller you are responsible for the controlling at the division and will together with the division team set the vision, strategy and goals to secure growth and profitability in the long and short term. You are also responsible for leading, challenging and developing a group of business controllers. You will build strong future leaders for the entire H&M by developing your team!
You get a 360 view of H&Ms business working close to several functions within the brand. You have a tight collaboration with the sales regions to set plans and strategies to secure best customer offer. You also work closely with H&M's global production office to build buying strategies for production, profitability and flexibility. In addition to this you play an important role in driving the development & transformation agenda for your division.
Qualifications

You also:
have at least 3 years’ controlling experience within H&M
preferably previous experience of leadership
have created strong results in previous roles at H&M
have analytical and strong ability to develop analysis method and controlling in your team
preferably have experience from various organizations within the H&M Group
