Title: Division HR Manager | Division: Mobile Hydraulic Systems Division Europe| Location: Borås


About the assignment
As Division HR Manager you are accountable for approximately 650 Team members across seven locations in four different countries. You will work closely with the General Manager and Division Management Team to ensure that business objectives are achieved. You will also build an HR team that can help develop and support the talent required for the business to be successful.

As Division HR Manager you will be part of Motion Systems Group Europe’s HR team and will work with the appropriate Country HR Managers to ensure HR best practice for policy, procedure and processes are implemented.

Key Responsibilities as Division HR Manager:
• To champion and support a ‘Safety First’ culture within the business.
• To be a business partner to the General Manager and Division Management Team.
• To lead the development of an organization structure and talent management process that aligns to and enables the successful execution of Parker’s strategy and Division plans.
• To champion the empowerment and engagement of team members via high performance teams and leaders.
• To develop and implement appropriate HR practices aligned to Group, Division and local requirements across:
­ Change management and organisation design
­ Sourcing and selection
­ Learning and development
­ Performance management and productivity
­ Talent management and succession planning
­ Employee and industrial relations
­ Environmental, health and safety
­ Compensation, systems and benefits

This role is in Borås, Sweden. Travel, primarily within Europe, is part of this role, up to 20% of the time.

The Division HR Manager reports directly to the Motion Systems Group EMEA HR Manager and on dotted-line to General Manager within the Group.

About you
To be successful in the position as HR Manager you are a credible business leader who can demonstrate a broad business understanding and a contribution to enhancing organisational performance. With an ability to structure and organize, you will successfully manage both strategical and operational perspectives to achieve business goals. You drive significant change through a structured approach to problem solving, organisational design and project management.

As Division HR Manager you benefit from a good understanding of how HR related laws differ in various countries, such as Sweden, Finland, UK and Czech Republic. You have an ability to find creative solutions within legal frameworks, with the support of the country HR team.


Qualifications, skills and experience:
- University Degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Management roles,
acquired in large, complex multinational environment
- Successful track-record of change implementation in multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish is strongly meritorious
- Availability to travel
