As our new Divisional Business Controller you will be an important bridge in providing guidance on how the division in a responsible way can steer towards our strategic and financial goals in our key markets. The position is located in central Stockholm and you will report to Director of Divisional Business Control.

Arbetsuppgifter

In the role of Divisional Business Controller, you will provide insightful and actionable commercial analysis to senior management as well as initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers a variety of interesting challenges with strong focus on professional compilation and presentation of financial analysis and business risk to decision makers.

Your main tasks will be:
• Provide solutions as a knowledgeable business partner in business analysis
• Responsible for client acquisition/renewal calculation tools
• Support divisional credit committee with client analysis
• Support Local teams on pricing matters on large clients
• Support strategic projects with financials to investment decision
• Delivering insight and building capabilities through continuous use of arvato Business Intelligence
• Drive development of processes and systems within the responsibility area

Utbildning/erfarenhet

We are looking for a person with a university degree within Business, Economics and/or Engineering, with minimum 3 years of professional and relevant work experience. We believe that you have worked around decision making at a higher management level and motivated by accountability and being part of a professional team. You are a friend of Excel, have been within or close to the finance function and understands accounting. Also, you know the power of data driven communication and have relevant experience from Business Intelligence.

Preferred experience:
• International experience
• Large organization and/or Consultancy/change management
• Financial services, credit and risk
• German, Dutch or any Nordic language
• SAP, SQL, Power BI

• A proven talent in written and oral communication, who know the power of data driven decision making
• Data driven and holistic view to data modelling
• Someone that possess the ability to adjust the analysis and level of detail to the needs of different decision makers and audiences
