Ellos Group is looking for a Senior Merchandiser
We’re looking for a key team member to make sure we reach our ambitious targets set for our recently established International Partnerships team at Ellos Group.
Our mission is to utilize existing core processes to identify and implement new profitable business models and establish new partnerships to increase sales for the business group.
About the job:
You’ll be working with Ellos Group assortment portfolio which consist of fantastic brands within home interior and fashion, such as; Ellos Fashion and Home, Jotex, and Pastill. You’ll work in close relationship with Brand- and Product Managers to stay on top of assortment and brand development to ensure we display the most optimized offer at the right time on partner marketplaces. Some technical tools are in place, some are not. We’re embarking on a journey to become more automated, but some processes are still manual.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To organise, monitor, and optimise the relevant business KPIs to increase the performance (products, stock, prices) on partner marketplaces
- You are responsible for the quality of the brand's catalogue (visuals, attributes and product descriptions), in order to contribute to the coherence of the product catalogue on a partner marketplace
- Maximize sales opportunities by implementing cross-& up-sell Coordinating campaigns with agency to ensure set targets
- Analyse and monitor trading activity every week and identify the growth levers to be put in place in order to optimise the performance (stock, orders, re-orders)
- Forecast sales volumes to internal stakeholders to ensure stock vs demand
- Collaborate with operational services and tech teams to improve our service level offered to the partners and drive solutions which involve multiple stakeholders in the interest of international partners
- Oversee a technical integration, data flows and value mapping via an integrator in order to assure a precise information about our products on marketplaces
Who are you?
We expect you to be comfortable with; Excel, ERP, PIM-platforms, channel- and/or feed management tools. But most importantly - you feel at home using interfaces such as, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central and Zalando ZDirect. We’re looking for a talent that has extensive experience from marketplace sales and ecommerce merchandising. We think you’re a guru as far as title optimization on Amazon goes, you’ve probably woken up once and a while thinking about size chart mapping and which base color to use for your items on Zalando.
