Hays seeks Nordic Customer Support Associates for client Tasks & Responsibility You will be a part of the Customer Support team and administrate and serve our partners and costumers throughout the life cycle of our deals..Answer and administer inbound requests and queries by phone, e-mail or fax from customers, with integrity and according to our internal policies .Communicate documents errors, resolve document queries and identify process improvements .You will work closely with other functions in order to provide the customer with outstanding service .Ensure familiarity with different routines, policies and exceptions in order to provide correct responses to customers .Identify process improvements, utilize automation and share best practices with other team members and platforms .Fully participate and perform at and above team goals and service level targets Qualifications .Experience from the banking, finance or insurance industries .Comfortable with working in a structured/standardized environment .Comfortable working in a call centre with ability to positively answer customer requirements .Good communications skills .Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and the Web .Strong problem solving skills, analytical and good with numbers .Fluency in written and spoken Danish, Finnish or Norwegian .Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English Personal profile .You are a team player working toward individual and team goals and deadlines .You are organized, a self-starter, self- motivated and energized .You have strong work ethic .Ability to positively embrace change, and are able to come up with new ideas in the daily process .Thrives in a busy environment with tight deadlines Application In this recruitment client is working with Hays.Mark your application "Nordic Customer Support".
