Oatly needs to strengthen their Communications team and we are looking for you who have another main employment, such as work or studies, and wants to work extra as a Community Manager on a hourly basis at Oatly.
Tasks
The role includes following tasks;
Keep a close dialogue and build long-term relationships with Oatly's consumers.
Communicate with Oatly's consumers via email, but also through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Answer questions and discuss Oatly's values, statements and their products.
Handle complaints in close collaboration with colleagues in quality to ensure follow-up of complaints.
The job is remote for the moment, but there is a possibilty to work at the office in Malmö later on.
Skills and qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience in the service industry and who are communicatively skilled, used to social media and who can easily create relationships with others. The role demands the ability to quickly get into complex issues and respond to and discuss them in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. This requires an interest and/or experience in writing. To succeed in the role, you have a genuine interest in environment, health and sustainability issues as well as a interest in Oatly's products. Oatly is a value-based company and wants you to share their values. You are fluent in English and Dutch.
As a person, you are committed and used to maintaining a high level of service, both internally and externally. You are responsible, take initiative and have a positive attitude.
