We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join Procter & Gamble's consumer care line team within their UK Consumer Relations group, based in Newcastle.P&G brands touch the lives of people around the world.They provide products and services of superior quality and value to consumers in 140 countries.[P&G has one of the largest and strongest portfolios of trusted brands, including Pampers, Ariel, Always, Duracell, Gillette, Bounty, Folgers, Pringles, Oral-B, Wella, Head & Shoulders, Braun Charmin, Yes and Vicks.You will personally manage consumer contacts via phone, letter and email in a way that drives consumer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.This will involve handling both complaints and inquiries, ensuring contacts to be managed efficiently, fairly and in line with Consumer Relations principles.You will also be responsible for helping to identify insights via consumer contacts that can be shared with the business to produce positive action for the products.This is an extremely varied role dealing with a wide range of products for which you will receive extensive training.Key Requirements: * Fluent in at least 1 Nordic Language(Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) and English. * Strong decision making capability- This will involve building a clear picture of the consumer's problem and being able to use the teams product knowledge tools, processes and your own personal experience to make consistently good decisions * Ability to develop strong relationships - You must be able to listen, understand and sympathise with consumers.[ This is vital to ensure P&G provide consumer satisfaction but also turn their insights into action within the business.[ You will be expected to develop a clear understanding of consumer needs and motivations for contacting us. * Competent keyboarding skills MultiMind will interview candidates continuously, we therefor welcome[your application as soon as possible.
