The Btwentyfour Omnichannel platform allows sellers and buyers to engage consumers and business partners with seamless online experiences.

What does your working day look like?
You will be a part of our Onboarding and Project Management team where you will have the responsibility for specific clients & projects. Our clients are the largest market leading companies (suppliers and buyers) in the Retail industry of fashion, footwear, sports, outdoor and cosmetics.
You will collect, understand, plan, and communicate business and technical requirements for given customer projects. You are working with customers to ensure they are finding value in our services. You will become an expert in and educate customers on how to join and use our unique platform and network to achieve maximum effect of their investment. Your closest team member will be the Integration and Connection team and together you will create a smooth onboarding and integration for your clients.
