As order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our customers mainly within below areas:

- Order handling
- Price information
- Delivery information
- Forecast
- To manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession
- Monitor order status, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor order and forecast status in order to make correct short term plan
- Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within area of responsibility
- Be responsible of short term planning (AP1 1-4 weeks)
- Coordinate forecast planning made by Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers and synchronize with short term plan and order management




KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Order handling in SAP / EP
- Build long-term relation with customers


- Act professional and representative
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Service minded
- Active drive improvement of order process with customers
- Responsible of price updates (orders) in SAP when price changes
- Responsible of update orders when delivery situation change
- Short term planning (1-4 weeks) together with KAM and customers in GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management)




Requirements:

- Good knowledge in Excel is a must (Pivot & vlookup)
- Good knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Experience from order/logistics is preferred
- Fluent in Swedish and English
