YOUR WORK TASKS WILL BE …

Real-time communication with business traveler customers by phone and e-mail

Use Global Reservation tools (GDS), such as Amadeus

Tailor travels from door to door for business traveler customers, including but not limited to transportation by plane, hotel, train, and taxi. Further training in for example maritime transportation will be given depending on tenure.

Cooperate with team members to ensure all the daily tasks are being handled

Provide world-class customer service

WE THINK YOU HAVE …

An interest in travel and is used to booking your own travel plans online

You are used to using a computer, and you have a natural ability to solve problems and you are good at "multitasking".

Experience in the customer service industry

Swedish as your mother language (or alternatively certified for level C1)

English skills, both written and verbal

Opportunity to work either Monday to Sunday (between 07:00 to 20:00) in a shift rotation, or fixed evening shifts (15:00 to 23:45). Note that you will have to choose between one of the two working hours during the recruitment process.

FORM OF EMPLOYMENT: Fixed, full-time

START: Monday 11th of July

LOCATION: Any location within Sweden

WORKING HOURS: The training takes place Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 17:00 for 12 weeks. After that, depending on your choice and what we are able to offer, the working hours will be either a shift rotation from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 20:00 or fixed evening shifts (15:00 to 23:45).
