Doctoral Candidate in Economics

A position as a doctoral candidate in Economics is open at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Sweden, starting during the autumn of 2007.One important criterion for the position is a willingness to deal with research problems within the field of urban and regional economics.As a doctoral candidate, JIBS offers you a full-time employment during a five-year period, where at least 70 per cent of your time is devoted to your doctoral studies and the remaining time concerns teaching and administrative tasks.The language used in the PhD program at JIBS is English.The candidate is expected to speak and write this language fluently.
