We are looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent PMO team to work for ESS Program based in NV Systems. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Document control management and contribute to product development, industrialisation and new factory development for Energy Storage Systems.
About the job
Document controller will be responsible to ensure that all documentations are created, distributed, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the procedures of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software Teamcenter and Autodesk construction cloud (ACC). Document Controller works closely with a large program organisation who works with Product development, Industrialisation and Factory development - interacting with both internal and external stakeholders including key contractors.
About the team
Document controller will be working with PMO, a central function at NV Systems and will be dedicated to ESS Program.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create systems to manage documentation in Teamcenter/ ACC / SharePoint – towards both internal and external stakeholders during project execution.
- Prepare, update, and maintain the Document Management Plan/ Master document list
- Administrate Teamcenter/ACC and actively assist all stakeholders in solving Teamcenter/ACC issues.
- Develop, maintain and quality assurance for templates and guidelines.
- Arrange workshop for Teamcenter/ACC new releases.
- Provide Teamcenter/ ACC training for all stakeholders upon request.
- Help engineers & project team members in document upload, workflow set-up, and document revising, releasing, tracking in Teamcenter
- Assist in document format control for requested documentations from internal and external stakeholders
- Develop user manuals, procedures so that they are standardized
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with project managers & team members from Product development, Industrialisation / Manufacturing and Factory development teams

We believe that you have :
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Document Control for large complex projects.
- Previously worked within Document control management using PLM Teamcenter / ACC (preferred)
- Microsoft office suite skills (word, excel, OneNote etc.)
- Fluent language skills in English (both written and oral) are a must. Other languages are an advantage.
Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in manufacturing/ construction industry
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
