Document Controller wanted in Nynäshamn!

We are now looking for a Document Controller on behalf of the customer in Nynäshamn. The company works with natural resources with a focus on sustainability and now wants to expand its team with another colleague. Your duties will include:

- Responsible for control of all Project documentation
- Assist in generation of the Document Distribution Matrix
- Generate and update the Master Document Register
- Manage receipt, creation and expedition of transmittals
- Generate reports detailing document status for PMs using SPF, Excel and Power BI

You are employed by us at StudentConsulting and will work with our client in Nynäshamn. You will receive a solid introduction. The working hours will be office hours with flexitime.

Din profil
We’re looking for you who have a graduate degree within engineering. It is meritorious if you have experience of document management systems or SmartPlant Foundation. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience of Excel or Power BI. You must be fluent in English and have good knowledge in Swedish. As a person, you are driven, a problem solver and detail oriented. You also have excellent communication skills, takes initiative and driven by streamlining processes.
