Documentation Coordinator

Scope
· Perform training courses.
· Produce and update training documentation in Swedish and English for customer trainings, according to the training time plan.
· Planning for oncoming courses
· Synchronize with suppliers and inhouse system experts and system engineers.
· Meetings with customer
· Prepare for training course, i.e., preparations on the vehicle, special tools, tools, classroom, consumption material, spares.
· Give feedback to documentation in case of necessary need of updates discovered during preparation and performing courses.

Personal skills:
· Swedish speaker
· Fault finding experience.
· Knowledge of rail vehicles
· Knowledge about maintenance of rail vehicles
· Practical maintenance skills
· Pedagogic skills

Method:
· Give feedback to documentation in case of necessary need of updates discovered during preparation and performing courses.
· Giving technical support knowledge for documentation team, like for function and systems, translation issues, pictures and procedures.
· Participating in MDT’s and other activities like tools and methods, at office and at maintenance sites.
Tools:
· Microsoft office tools
· Adobe Acrobat X Professional
· Adobe Design Standard CS (Photoshop, Illustrator mm)
