Job description
In this role, you will contact system engineering teams to clarify any ambiguities or obtain missing information, and you will follow up on the progress of these tasks. You will actively participate in workshops and conduct site visits to physically research and understand the systems. Your responsibilities will include writing technical content in XML for a range of purposes including system descriptions, maintenance instructions, and fault-finding guides. You will review, update, and translate technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance, as well as proofread documents and create or update illustrations as needed. Additionally, you will manage and update document revisions to maintain up-to-date and effective documentation. You will also attend both customer and internal meetings to ensure that all requirements are met and that there is effective communication and feedback throughout the project.

Responsibilities
The main tasks of the positions include:
To gather technical information and deliver accurate technical documentation for maintenance and operation manuals.
Contact system engineering for clarification or missing information and follow up on progress.
Participate in workshops and site visits to physically research the systems.
Write technical content in XML for descriptions, maintenance instructions, fault-finding instructions, etc.
Review, update, and translate technical documentation.
Attend meetings regarding both internal and customer meetings to ensure requirements are met


Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Master of Science in Engineering (Civilingenjör) or an equivalent degree. This advanced education should ideally be in a field related to mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in technical principles and practical applications, enabling them to effectively gather and process complex technical information for documentation purposes.
