Your mission?

This is a great opportunity for an experienced documentation lead to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible with coordinating technical documentation deliveries from internal and external suppliers to customers according to project plan and requirements. The role’s responsibilities include planning, execution and follow up on user documentation. Allocation of work within the team and allocation of work packages to best cost-efficient countries will also be part of your responsibilities along with following the correct project guidelines.

Key responsibilities?

Create a resource plan, allocate the workload within the team and monitor the resources spending
Collect technical data from: PDM, System Engineering, Sub-suppliers, customers, field engineers and customer support
Plan, execute and follow up on production of advanced technical user information
Process improvement responsibility where possible
Technical publication tool analysis
Use correct terminology for user information production and translate some of the information using simplified English
Follow up on design changes affecting customer information
Follow the existing review process (peer-review, technical review and final review)


Requirements:

Batchelor degree in Science – Information Design or a technical background (electrical/mechanical engineering degree)
Ideally 5-8 years of work experience within a similar field
Proven planning skills
Experienced in modularized information and content management systems
Railway industry experience, ideally in the aftermarket business
Fluent English skills and intermediate Swedish
Good understanding of the PPC products and customer requirements
