We are looking for a Document management system specialist to support the HVDC business document management systems. You will together with the document management system specialist team support and collaborate with end-users and other stakeholders within HVDC globally.
As a Document management system specialist at HVDC, you will administrate our document management related tools used globally and provide end-user support. You are expected to be solution oriented, while still being compliant to requirements and processes. You will also contribute to set-up, access administration, metadata governance, testing, as well as coordination with the Global IS/IT function.
Reporting to HVDC Global head of document management function, with daily coordination by team leader for DMS team. You will be part of the Operations organization in HVDC, Hitachi Energy, Ludvika, Sweden.

Your responsibilities
You will be support function for HVDC document management systems
To be Continuously contributing to improvement of the tools we uses.
To perform testing and validation of tools and functionalities.
Also you have to manage System administration
Keep good coordination with stakeholders
You have check mandatory documentation related to tools and processes

Your background
Graduation in System specialist education will be preferred.
Must have Fluency in Swedish and English
Hands on experience on System Administration.
Expertised on any Document Management system and processes is advantageous.
Should be accurate, self-driven, and committed person.
Must have excellent communication skill is plus.
