Dogwalker needed

We are a middle size dogwalking company with currently 10 groups in downtown Stockholm and continuously expanding.
We are looking for new dogwalkers to start in August.
We are mainly looking for backup walkers and interns right now with the possibility of having your own group after shortly. Therefore, we need someone who is happy with a part time job, can stay with us for a long time (very important) and able to combine these working hours with another job or school.
We are looking for someone with the following requirements:
• You must love dogs.
• Need to have good physical condition since it requires a lot of walking.
• Reliability is important because it is very hard for us to find substitution so you need to be able to be there every day.
• English or Swedish knowledge, but both is the best.
• You need to be independent, able to handle stress well (very important) and have good problem-solving skills: walkers go alone with their dogs so you need to be able to solve all kinds of situations by yourself and not feel stressed about it.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in dogwalking and you must have a personnummer.
