Dogwalker needed

We are a middle size dogwalking company with currently 11 groups in downtown Stockholm and continuously expanding.
We are looking for new dogwalker to start immediately.
We are looking for backup walkers at the moment; the right person will be able to have his/her own group in a couple of months. We need people who are happy with a part time job, can stay with us for a long time (very important) and able to combine our working hours with another job or school.
We are looking for someone with the following requirements:
• You must love dogs.
• Need to have good physical condition since it requires a lot of walking.
• Reliability is important because it is very hard for us to find substitution so you need to be able to be there every day.
• English or Swedish knowledge, but both is the best.
• You need to be independent, able to handle stress well (very important) and have good problem-solving skills: walkers go alone with their dogs so you need to be able to solve all kinds of situations by yourself and not feel stressed about it.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in dogwalking and you must have a personnummer.
