Role and Responsibilities
As our new Domain Architect CRM/Salesforce at Sinch you love high-stakes and fast pace. In the role you navigate well around business processes and technology across the organization and work to set the scene for Sinch’s future CRM and Salesforce Cloud architecture direction in co-operation with stakeholders. You have a holistic view and drive consistent architecture across business processes and manage complexity in the solution portfolio. You will engage with key stakeholders to understand strategy and innovation plans, to become a trusted advisor.
The role is reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions.
In this role, you will:
Define and manage Salesforce and overall sales architecture standards and roadmap for your functional domain in collaboration with business stakeholders and Enterprise Architect.
Work closely and proactively with business and technical stakeholders to set the focus and priority.
Act as technical solution lead on IT and business driven initiatives and demonstrate a clear approach to solution methodology in collaboration with technology teams and other stakeholders.
Formulate execution plan towards meeting the target architecture, including value cases and return on investment.
Ensure deliverables with high quality, aligned with target architecture and business needs.
Act as an architecture evangelist by being active in forums, working groups, functional areas and regional areas to ensure that architectural alignment is maintained.
In order to contribute to this role, you have:
Extensive hands-on and strategic experience with Salesforce and sales related technology, plus established view of what good looks like.
Demonstrated cross-functional understanding of business processes, issues, and technologies in domains outside of the Salesforce and sales space, e.g. Marketing, Finance and HR.
Sense for the “big picture” and like to take responsibility for end-to-end flows.
Ability to set high goals for yourselves and work hard and ambitiously to achieve those goals. Does what it takes to get good results.
Experience from solving problems without missing the long-term strategies, sees logic and connections in complex information or environment.
Resilience in ambiguous situations, ability to stand up for your own opinions, and courage to speak up and look at things objectively.
Worked according to clear processes in the past and know how to organize and plan your work well, to complete what has been started and meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain how technology supports business objectives to non-technical leaders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
3-10 years of experience working with architecture.
