What will you be doing?
The Domain Engineering Lead is primarily responsible for all capacity and budgetary management within the IT delivery function. You are a critical part of the Agile Release Train Leadership Team where collaboration with other members (e.g. RTE, Lead Architect, Lead PO) is required.
All resource management requirements are owned by you to meet the needs of the ART they are responsible for. To meet the needs of the ART the DEL must collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders and external suppliers, for which they own the relationship.
You have full ownership for all consultants and are responsible for the successful onboarding and subsequent offboarding where required. Financial follow up with business and management areas for all owned consultants is encompassed within this responsibility.
You will be working with internal business stakeholders, chapter leads, IT management to implement strategies concerning resources and in support of the bank’s product / Information Technology roadmap.

• Responsible for ART budget and cost follow up
• Manage team setup with respect to business priorities and agile practices within ART / solution
• Manage ramp-up or ramp-down including on and offboarding of team members
• Own Contract management process for resources towards vendors
• Collaborate with ART leadership, Chapter Leads and other key stakeholders
• Collaboration with sourcing and finance department
• Analyze data and act upon findings with vendors and team
• Oversight of resource allocation towards various initiatives
• Manage / drive initiatives from a Domain Engineering Manager perspective
• Give input to solution and / or senior management on strategic decisions
• Performance review and follow up with team level management for all ART consultants

This position is a full-time employment with location in either Malmö, Wiesbaden, or Nottingham. Most of our team members are based in Malmö, therefore some travelling to Sweden can be expected. More information about the position can be provided by Marit Eriksson, marit.eriksson@ikano.se
