Red city buses operates Hop On Hop Off sightseeing in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Berlin. In 2018 the company grew internationally with new owners, Tourism Group international - based in Amsterdam, and since then the company has expanded with more staff, products and vehicles. Our beautiful office in Stockholm is located in Gamla Stan, close to our operation.
Red City Buses are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated supervisor to join our operation in Stockholm. A successful candidate will be responsible for helping to manage the fleet of buses and boats, making sure that all checks and repairs are compliant with Red City Buses own as well as transport rules and regulations.
You will work in an international environment and play an important role in the operations together with our amazing team. We work hard but we make sure we have fun while doing so!
The role comes with great responsibility where you will have the opportunity to gain experience and professional growth to a higher position - all it takes is the right drive and initiative.
As we work in the tourism industry, our work load is high during the summer period May - September, which, unlike many others, we do not have the opportunity for longer leave during this period, however during low season we are more flexible for a longer leave.


Key Accountabilities:
Making sure that all of our vehicles are road worthy
All necessary checks and testing in Besiktning,Tacho and Tax are up to date
Managing paperwork related to inspections and incidents 
Maintain and update vehicle records 
Carry out necessary repairs 
Keep control of the stock levels
Plan and supervise daily activities of the team
Provide regular reports from repairs and investigations
Maintain highest possible standards regarding fire safety and general health and safety rules 

Requirements 
Previous, proven track record of experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of all bus vehicle systems and transport inspection standards
Excellent people management skill with ability to monitor performance and productivity 
Great communication skills
Minimal knowledge in mechanical engineering
A good technical understanding
Driven by having many tasks at the same time and able to jump in wherever in the business it is needed.

Preffered Qualifications
A bus license
Management CPC (Yrkestillstånd i buss eller gods)
