Our customer is a known worldwide technology company that is now looking for an Program Manager that wants to work in a creative, playful and ever so changing environment. The company has a start-up atmosphere but with the advantages of a global player.

Role Description 
In this role, you will provide program management excellence in the for Education team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work both directly with customers and via scalable programs drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing for Education specific programs in Nordics together with in-market teams to achieve agreed goals and targets. You’ll support the growing usage of our products by launching scalable activities to Nordic markets.  
Responsibilities
Create, design and execute for Education specific programs aligned with the Nordic Education strategy and the local team’s goals
Planning and execution for Education marketing initiatives (Events, trainings, outreach programs etc)
Analyze data to Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales teams and/or creation of initiatives and programs to close them.  
Work with a list of the Education customers to drive usage and upsell of products.

Mandatory Qualifications 
BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience) 
Excellent communication, organization and program/project management skills
Analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and develop creative solutions
Hands on experience from the education sector
Ability to speak and write in English and another Scandinavian language. 
Non-Essential Qualifications Understanding for Education offering and solutions 
Experience working with school leaders
Experience as part of a sales team

The role
The role is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will run for approximately one year. The role requires travel within Nordic Countries and depending on the development of Corona it will be more or less.
