Driven technician to our IT Operations

Söderberg & Partners is expanding in Sweden and internationally and needs you who are passionate about delivering modern solutions with a focus on utility and quality. You will be part of a small dedicated team that jointly takes responsibility for infrastructure and service delivery.
Söderberg & Partners IT is on a journey towards a service delivery environment. We have a strong focus on digitalization. A high pace of change characterizes the work where we service business units and colleagues, as well as developers and system owners as end users. Different working methods are required for the different activities, e.g. we work with classic ITSM in the "ITIL-light" spirit towards our users, agile in both projects and in the line. We remove the line between development and Operations through DevOps. We always strive for modern and appropriate services and tools to constantly improve the IT environment and sharpen our offering to both users and developers. We have a clear ambition to be at the forefront technically in our work to streamline ourselves and our employees. We have solid knowledge and a constant effort to constantly develop our platform and services in and around it. We are mainly invested in Microsoft technologies and our data center is Azure. We work closely with Microsoft in a well-established collaboration through, among other things, our support agreement and competent and focused customer team with both tactical and strategic agenda.
Who are you?
You have a few years' experience of working with Office 365. For example, with Teams and/or Sharepoint in some form of service offering, internally at the company (to your colleagues) or to an external customer. You are passionate about developing yourself and our offerings and have a genuine interest in helping us take the step to Modern Workplace. We are now moving our data to the cloud as part of our journey with Modern Workplace. You are involved in building up information management more or less from the beginning with great opportunities to influence based on your experiences and ideas.
Preferably that you have experience in projects/initiatives where you have incorporated some kind of governance around Teams, worked technically with information classification, Unified labeing (AIP).
You have good knowledge of
· Yammer · SharePoint · OneDrive · Microsoft Teams · Microsoft Defender for Office 365 · Azure Information Protection (Unified Labeling) · PowerShell

· Power Apps · Power Automate You are used to, or have the will, to co-operate with the business in individual cases and forums. We like to see that you are driven and like to develop yourself and your colleagues, because we have a lot of fun and challenging ahead of us.
Your role
Söderberg & Partners will have a high growth rate in the coming years. You will be a part of helping us succeed in that journey. The operations team consists of more than 10 driven people grouped within Office 365, client, security and Azure. We work closely with our Support Team in both incident management and Service Management as well as in the management of many of our solutions. We tell more when we meet.
