What you will be doing
As our couriers are out delivering packages to our lockers all day and you will be working as support to our couriers when they call us for support. In times of less calls you will also help out with Instabox fabulous Customer Service.

As our business is running between 8-22 Monday to Friday and 10-19 on weekends it’s important that you are flexible with your working hours.

This will be temporary employment, with a chance to stay after January 2021 in the same or other role, where you will be working full-time in November and December and then work on an hourly basis, perfect if you are studying or just want an extra gig.

Who you are
We’re looking for people who can give excellent service but we also value your personality and that you care about your team. To succeed in the role, we believe that you should be driven by working in a changing environment. You should have a well-developed sense of service and think that problem solving is fun.

It is important that you are comfortable with handling several things at the same time and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening. You don’t wait for directions and take responsibility to improve yourself and the company.

Requirement

- At least 2 years of experience within customer service or similar role
- confident user of different IT-systems and comfortable working with computer
- comfortable with expressing yourself in both Swedish and English
