POSTION: Driver / Administrative Assistant

SALARY: FSN-6, Gross salary 304,192 SEK
STARTING DATE: LENGTH OF HIRE: Permanent

DUTIES:
The incumbent drives officers and employees to meetings and functions within greater Stockholm area.
The incumbent manages the Mission vehicle fleet to meet the transportation needs of the Department of State.
Inspects motor vehicles weekly and records results of inspections.Prepare monthly Vehicle Cost Analysis Report.
The incumbent manages the "Taxi-Chit" program, which allows employees to use vouchers to pay for taxi rides.Issues the taxi-checks, received and verifies invoices.
Maintains the Motor Vehicle Database and prepares the annual Motor Vehicle Data Questionnaire.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
a. Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
b. Prior Work Experience: 3 years chauffeur/driving experience and experience in an office environment.
c.Post Entry Training: Basic training in routine maintenance and vehicle supply services.
d. Language Proficiency: Level 3 in English and Swedish.
e. Knowledge: Must be fully knowledgeable of the traffic code for Sweden.Incumbent must be familiar with the Stockholm area and be able to arrive at destination by alternate routes if trip to some particular office or institution are frequent.Incumbent must be knowledgeable of performing minor preventive maintenance on the vehicle.
f. Skills and Abilities: Skills in operating motor vehicle safely.Must possess a Class B Driver's license.Must possess appropriate office skills.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1.This position is available to Swedish nationals or permanent legal residents as well as to American Family Members and American citizens with permanent residence permits in Sweden under the terms of the Rockefeller amendment authorizing Embassies to hire Americans abroad for FSN positions.
2.Applicants are selected for appointment on the basis of education, experience, and suitability for the position to be filled.
3.Applicants are subject to a limited security investigation and clearance.
