- Lead and drive complex change activities in areas related to Risk, Data, Governance and Control



What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field,

- Extensive knowledge in areas related to risk, governance and control in the financial industry

- Previous experience from management positions in change processes, strategic work, data and risk management, internal governance, auditing and implementation of complex frameworks as well as IT solutions in complex organisations

- Specific experience in areas such as BCBS239, 3lines of defence, recovery and resolution and other regulatory requirements is a benefit

- Communication management skills with a collaborative mindset. Strong ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders throughout the organisation

- This is a senior role, requiring extensive experience from the financial industry with focus on governance of Risk Control functions and implementation of Gl11 (former 44)
