DRM Operations Project Manager

We are now looking for a DRM Operations Project Manager for our Digital Rights Management Team!

Job description

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of potentials to shape our growing global Digital Rights Management organization, this is the position for you. In this role, you will identify and execute projects related to our DRM Operations team. Your main focus will be to make sure that efforts we make when we enter new business areas, will be streamlined within the team and implemented throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for building relationships with new partners to ensure that we have the necessary processes in place when it comes to daily operations on new platforms.

Other key tasks will include:

- Identify and lead key strategic projects to ensure that Epidemic Sound delivers a world-class Digital Rights experience on various platforms
- Assisting the team with operational workflows and processes
- Extract existing data sets and structure reports in excel and other internal tools
- Drive analyses and make strategic recommendations to improve our team's efficiency
- Building and maintaining with platforms and partners relating to our daily operations on these
- Develop and improve processes for monitoring some of our operational key success metrics


What are we looking for?

As a person, you are humble, enthusiastic, and results-oriented. Naturally, you pay excellent attention to details and have strong organizational skills with the ability to initiate and drive improvements. You need to be self-driven, energetic and possess a strategic and analytical mindset to thrive in this role. It would be music to our ears if you have experience with SQL or similar. Most importantly we believe that you are friendly and enthusiastic and have a great passion for music.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have;

- a degree in a field relevant for this position.
- some years of experience in project management, either in a coordinating role or project management role, from the digital media or music industry.
- great problem-solving skills
- excellent written and verbal English skills
